“The Peace Monument put Glendale on the World Map”

Since the City of Glenale installed the Peace Monument in its public park in 2013, the history revisionists fought hard to stop and remove the Peace Monument through letters, visits by Japanese politicians, and the lawsuit that went all the way up to the US Supreme Court.

Glendale stood her ground.

And the diverse communities and supporters around the globe stood with Glendale.

On Saturday, July 28th,
let us come together
to reflect the 5 years of struggle and accomplishments
with music, dance and food!!

This event is free and open to the public.

When: 11am – 2pm, Saturday, July 28th 2018
