Dear friends,
One of our beloved Grandmas, Gil Won-ok, passed away in Korea on February 16, 2025. We would like to get together to pay respect to her and other victims of the Japanese military sexual slavery in Glendale.
한국의 생존자 중 한 분이신 길원옥 할머니가 지난 2월16일 별세하셨습니다.
이에 길 할머니와 최근에 돌아가신 타국의 할머니들을 함께 기억하는 추모 모임을 갖고자 합니다.
Please join us at the Peace Monument in Glendale to pray for the Grandma Gil. The program will be led by students from Hwarang Youth Foundation.
부디 글렌데일 소녀상에 오셔서 함께 할머니의 명복을 빌어주세요. 이 추모 모임은 화랑 소속 학생들이 이끌 예정입니다.
